RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGES

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to change an item, please follow the return process, and make a new purchase with the desired item(s). 

RETURNS

  • LaLuneDuCiel may accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please get in touch with us at laluneduciel.customer@gmail.com if there are quality, size, or other issues regarding the items.

NOTE:

  • Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost (including import tax); We will only cover the return shipping cost for quality issues.
  • Tax: Customers are responsible for any potential tariffs or customs duties.
  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: Laluneduciel will not issue refunds for incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, lost, missing, or stolen parcels handled by shipping carriers or customers.
  • Goods Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original purchase condition with no signs of being removed and re-attached.
  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will initiate the refund and exchange process as soon as possible.
  • Original Postage: The customer will not be refunded for the original postage cost unless the garment was faulty or there was a dispatch error by Laluneduciel.

RETURN STEPS:

  1. Please contact us at laluneduciel.customer@gmail.com with the reason for the return or exchange and details of the items. Our customer service team will respond as soon as possible.
  2. Write down your name and order number on a piece of paper, and include it with the returned items.
  3. Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team in the email, and keep the courier receipt.
  4. Send the tracking number of the parcel to laluneduciel.customer@gmail.com after shipping the items.
  5. Contact us once the items have been delivered, and we will process your return or exchange as soon as possible.
  6. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for the bank to process the refund, so please be patient.
