ORDER STATUS/ CANCELLATION / RETURN

Order Status
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference.

A 1-5 day order processing time is required on all orders before shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellation
If you decide that you would like to change or cancel an order after placement, please contact us immediately as we cannot make changes once shipped.

Order Return
LaLune DuCiel may accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Goods must be unwashed, unworn and in their original purchase condition with original tags still attached with no signs of being removed and re-attached.

To start a return, you can contact us at laluneduciel.customer@gmail.com OR DM us through Instagram 'Laluneduciel_Official'. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address. Please include a paper with your order number and the list of items want to return on it in the return parcel. We will issue the refund after receiving the parcel.

Goods for return must be posted at the Customer’s expense.

The Customer will not be refunded for the original postage cost unless the garment was faulty, or there was a dispatch error by LaLune DuCiel.
